Active Utah Drivers License

  • Support is provided if licensing is needed
Responsibilities
  • Recommend personalized insurance solutions that align with each clients needs
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and community members
  • Work closely with a mentor agent to learn the fundamentals of agency ownership
  • Develop quotes, present coverage options, and assist clients in making informed decisions
  • Follow up with warm leads and guide prospective clients through the sales process
  • Listen to and understand client concerns to create trust and long-term value
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales opportunities
  • Clearly communicate the value of our insurance products and services
  • Stay current on industry trends and product offerings
  • Set and pursue personal performance goals with support from your mentor and team
