• Property & Casualty Insurance licenses Required.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Must be personable and possess good communication skills.
• Must be profiencient in Microsoft Office and be able to type at least 30 wpm.
• Experience in insurance is great, but not mandatory.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with existing clients by:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Returning text messages (on a desktop application)
• Responding to emails
• Making policy changes (adding/removing cars, adding/removing drivers)
• Taking payments for policies
• Sending evidence of insurance to banks and credit union
