• Property & Casualty Insurance licenses, Required.

-If not licensed, must be willing to obtain one

• Must be personable and possess good communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to type at least 30 wpm.
• Experience in insurance is great, but not mandatory.
• You will work one-on-one with the agent and another customer service rep to receive all required training.

As a Customer Service Representative you will work directly with existing clients by:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Returning text messages (on a desktop application)
• Responding to emails
• Making policy changes (adding/removing cars, adding/removing drivers)
• Taking payments for policies
• Sending evidence of insurance to banks and credit union
