Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Present and explain insurance policies to clients, ensuring they understand coverage options and benefits.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy renewals.
Follow up with potential clients through telemarketing efforts to convert leads into sales.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts with clients to secure favorable agreements.
Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding policies.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients.
Skills
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field such as retail sales or outside sales.
Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Proficient in sales administration tasks including record keeping and follow-ups.
Strong negotiation skills to secure the best outcomes for both the client and the company.
