Requirements

Experience in insurance or sales is not required, as we will help you grow through our unique and specialized development program

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required

Property & Casualty and Life/Health License required upon start of Development Program

Mustpossess internal drive, an entrepreneurial spirit, andthe ability to thrive in a high-energy environment

You should be interested in a management and sales environment and have strong leadership abilities and multitasking skills
