Salary Range: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Requirements

Experience: Previous sales experience is strongly preferred

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Professional Attitude: A positive and inviting demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent service.

Persistence: Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

Local Presence: Must be located in or near West Des Moines, Iowa, as remote options are not available for this position.

Tech Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls to introduce the company's insurance products and services.

Needs Assessment: Engage clients in detailed conversations to assess their insurance needs and preferences.

Product Promotion: Present and explain the features and benefits of different insurance products to potential clients.

Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and close sales opportunities.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
