Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active and valid Illinois Property & Casualty License is mandatory.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly within the insurance sector, is highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective client interaction.

Customer-Centric: A committed interest in meeting and exceeding client needs and expectations.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work cohesively within a team setting and foster positive workplace relationships.

Problem-Solving: Efficient in addressing and resolving client concerns or queries.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Insurance Portfolio Management: Customize insurance plans to suit clients' individual needs and ensure they are updated with the appropriate coverage options.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about changes and trends in the insurance industry to provide clients with the best guidance and advice.
  • Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
