We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service, ensuring customer satisfaction while effectively managing inquiries and issues. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A current property and casualty insurance license is required before a candidate may start work.
Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Skills
A Property and Casualty license or the ability to obtain one.
Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles.
Prior experience of insurance products and servicing practices.
Experience with commercial insurance products a plus, but not required.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to office operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
Ability to analyze information quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong typing skills with the ability to document interactions efficiently.
Experience with outbound calling is preferred but not mandatory
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide support for customers regarding policy information, billing status, and troubleshooting issues.
Work with clients to process Commercial Insurance renewals.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
