• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist.
• Proficiency with CNC programming and operation through MasterCam.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with various measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Familiarity with different materials and machining processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Program CNC machines using MasterCam, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to precise tolerances using various measuring tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with coworkers, quality, and management to optimize manufacturing processes.
