We are looking for a driven and personable Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. In this client-facing sales role, you’ll build lasting relationships, offer tailored insurance solutions, and play a key role in helping our clients protect what matters most.

  • First-year earnings: $50,000 to $70,000

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty license in South Carolina
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with technology and able to manage CRM tools
  • Previous insurance experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new leads through referrals, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing
  • Conduct personalized insurance consultations and close sales
  • Achieve monthly sales goals through new business production.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals
  • Ensure all sales activities follow industry regulations and internal policies
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and best practices
