We’re looking for a skilled Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our experienced team. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional support to clients, manage renewals and claims, and work closely with carriers and brokers.

  • Earnings: $65,000 to $80,000 (base + bonuses)
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, no evenings or weekends
  • Health insurance (Kaiser, limited vision)

Requirements
  • Experience with Applied EPIC management system required
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Prior insurance customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Handle client renewals, policy changes, invoicing, and claims review
  • Respond to daily emails, calls, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation and correspondence in Applied EPIC
  • Interact professionally with clients, brokers, and insurance carriers
  • Support teammates and contribute to continuous process improvement
