Requirements
- Active P&C license & the ability to procure an Washington Nonresident if necessary (required)
- Proven P&C sales track record, consistently exceeding $30,000 in monthly premium
- Experience operating from a fully remote setting, with a dedicated home office space
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex coverage conversations
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional client experiences
