Requirements
Security License: Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard Card required.
Drivers License: Valid Nevada drivers license with a clean driving record.
Vehicle Operation: Ability to safely operate company or personal patrol vehicles.
Physical Fitness: Capable of standing, walking, and driving for extended periods, sometimes in challenging weather conditions.
Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Observational Skills: Strong attention to detail; able to detect and assess potential security threats quickly.
Professionalism: Maintain a neat appearance, positive attitude, and professional demeanor.
Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining the safety and security of clients and properties.
Responsibilities
Mobile Patrols: Conduct scheduled and random patrols of client sites using a marked patrol vehicle.
Incident Response: Respond quickly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations, assess the situation, and take appropriate action.
Access Control: Check gates, doors, and perimeters to ensure all entry points are secured.
Report Writing: Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and promptly.
Customer Assistance: Interact courteously with clients, tenants, and the public while providing support as needed.
Safety Checks: Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues on properties.
Communication: Maintain constant communication with dispatch and management to ensure seamless operations and rapid response to incidents.
