Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

· Proven experience in HR, office administration, or operations (3+ years preferred)

· Working knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices

· Familiarity with HR/payroll systems (e.g., Paycom, Connecteam, Nexben, Human Interest)

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure

· HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Operations

· Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and supply inventory

· Oversee and improve document and digital file management, including SharePoint organization

· Welcome and assist walk-in visitors with professionalism

· Manage business insurances, licenses, and ensure all legal postings are up to date

· Support staff scheduling and internal meeting coordination

· Draft and distribute company-wide announcements as needed


Human Resources & Compliance

· Lead onboarding for new hires and manage employee lifecycle processes

· Maintain and enforce workplace policies and disciplinary procedures

· Stay up to date with labor laws and communicate relevant updates to staff and supervisors

· Handle investigations, complaints, and employee relations issues professionally and confidentially

· Oversee benefits offerings, including health, 401k, and other programs

· Manage systems for payroll, scheduling, and communications

· Coordinate with external vendors and ensure HR compliance with state and federal regulations


Team Culture & Engagement

· Organize employee appreciation events, recruitment activities, and community initiatives

· Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture
