The starting wage is $19.00/hr, and after a probationary 90-day period, it will increase to $21.00/hr.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a security or banking environment.
Certifications: Must obtain and maintain necessary security certifications and licenses as state law requires.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and customers.
Professionalism: Must present a professional appearance and maintain high standards of conduct. All visible tattoos must be able to be covered during shifts.
Customer Service Excellence: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Physical Ability: Capability to stand and walk for long periods and handle physically demanding situations if necessary.
Must be CPR Certified
Must Possess a Valid Drivers License
Security Assurance: Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff by monitoring and patrolling premises regularly.
Access Control: Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Customer Assistance: Provide a warm, welcoming presence for patrons, offering assistance and addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Incident Management: Respond to emergencies and alarms swiftly, following established protocols, and reporting incidents accurately to superiors.
Collaboration: Work in close coordination with bank staff and law enforcement when necessary, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Patrol Duties: Conduct routine patrols of designated areas to identify and report any safety hazards or security breaches.
