Phone Home Leads is a fast-growing direct mail + data lead company serving insurance agents and business owners nationwide. We help agencies grow through high-converting mail campaigns and targeted lead programs.
We’re looking for a disciplined, results-focused Remote Sales Executive who understands that activity drives income.
This is not an order-taking role. This is a hunter role.
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Previous remote sales experience required
- Proven track record in outbound or B2B sales
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls daily
- Strong time management and self-discipline
- Confident communicator with closing ability
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven position
- If you’re looking for stability without performance expectations, this isn’t the role.
Responsibilities
- Cold call insurance agents and business owners nationwide
- Set appointments with agency owners and decision makers
- Present and sell lead programs and direct mail campaigns
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Manage client accounts for renewals and upsells
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
