We’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support to clients while contributing to our mission of outstanding service. Requirements
  • A North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance license is a bonus.
  • Insurance experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Active listening skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Professional demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, answer phone inquiries, and direct callers to agents when appropriate.
  • Draft correspondence and assist with document preparation.
  • Service accounts by entering data into the computer system while speaking with customers.
  • Process insurance policy changes accurately and efficiently.
  • Collect payments in person or by phone and reconcile remittance reports.
  • Maintain account documentation and respond to underwriting memos and follow-ups
  • Perform general office tasks such as scanning and faxing.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and direct leads to agents.
