We’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. Requirements
- A North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance license is a bonus.
- Insurance experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and nurture relationships with clients.
- Active listening skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn quickly.
- Professional demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer phone inquiries, and direct callers to agents when appropriate.
- Draft correspondence and assist with document preparation.
- Service accounts by entering data into the computer system while speaking with customers.
- Process insurance policy changes accurately and efficiently.
- Collect payments in person or by phone and reconcile remittance reports.
- Maintain account documentation and respond to underwriting memos and follow-ups
- Perform general office tasks such as scanning and faxing.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and direct leads to agents.
