We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Agency Business Consultant (ABC) to join our district office team. This role is instrumental in driving agency performance, development, and strategic alignment within the Farmers Insurance model. The ideal candidate brings firsthand experience from within the Farmers Insurance system either through agency operations or district-level support and is passionate about coaching others to success.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with Farmers Insurance, either at the agency or district level
• Familiarity with Farmers systems, growth programs, and operational best practices
• Proven success in coaching or consulting agency owners or small business leaders
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in business analytics and performance improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a business advisor to both new and established Farmers agency owners
• Drive profitable growth, retention, and operational efficiency
• Guide execution of business plans across sales, marketing, service, and recruiting
• Leverage performance data and KPIs to deliver actionable coaching and strategies
• Support agency adoption of Farmers tools, systems, and training resources
• Lead planning workshops, field training, and peer development sessions
• Partner with the District Manager and corporate teams to align on strategic goals
