Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or sales position preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one within the first three months of employment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with client inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and enhancing client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and insurance policies.
