As a Sales Agent in Training, you will be paired with an experienced Agent who will guide your professional development through hands-on training, client interaction, and structured learning. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong desire to build a career in insurance or financial services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and coachable
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial services
• Exposure to insurance concepts or coursework
• Shadow and assist your assigned training agent in daily client-facing and administrative activities
• Learn to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, property, casualty, etc.)
• Support the preparation of insurance quotes, proposals, and policy documents
• Participate in client meetings, discovery calls, and policy reviews under training agent's supervision
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communications and excellent service
• Attend weekly training sessions, workshops, and team meetings
• Learn agency management systems (AMS), CRM tools, and quoting platforms
• Assist with prospecting activities including lead generation, outreach, and networking events
• Track personal progress against development milestones set by your training agent
