Licensing: Active PA Property & Casualty License preferred. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-Centric: A strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work setup, if desired by applicant. 100 % in office employment is also offered. Client Advisement: Work closely with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer personalized recommendations.

Incoming Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries efficiently, providing answers and solutions promptly.

Policy Tailoring: Create customized insurance plans that align with each client's specific needs and circumstances.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand clients' portfolios by suggesting additional coverage options.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry developments to provide up-to-date advice and recommendations.
