Insurance Account Manager / Customer Service Representative


Job Overview

Job Description

  • Assist Principal/Owner
  • Process new business, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and payments for all lines of business.?
  • Entering policies into Applied Systems (EPIC Agency Management System)
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Customer Service
  • Maintaining Files
  • Assist Producers in obtaining presentable quotes for clients

Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements
  1. Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of SC
  2. Life Accident & Health Insurance License is Recommended
  3. Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System is Recommended
  4. 2 Years Property & Casualty Insurance Experience is Recommended
  5. Satisfactory Background Check
