At Pepper Hu-Farmers Insurance Agency, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier service, exceptional teamwork, and unmatched earning potential. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our award-winning team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Quote insurance for at least 10 referral-based households per day—all leads provided by the agency
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Represent the agency at occasional networking events

Position Details:
- Full-time role quoting 10+ households daily from referral leads
- Bilingual required (Mandarin preferred)
- All leads provided—no cold calling
- Represent the agency with professionalism and integrity
