We are looking for someone with an eager and career-minded person to join our team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. As part of this role, your responsibilities will be maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and implementing strategies to promote client retention. For this role, the ideal candidate must possess experience in account management and commercial lines insurance and have a valid Property and Casualty license. This combination of qualifications ensures you have the necessary knowledge and credentials to excel in this position. The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on the experience level

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED. 
  • 1+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience REQUIRED.
  • 1+ years of account management experience preferred
  • Work experience in a fast-paced office environment, using a multiline phone system and computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
  • Multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
Responsibilities
  • Increase overall value and retention by building loyalty and trust in the customer-business relationship.
  • Be available to address any questions or concerns and help them understand and navigate their insurance policies. 
  • Provide consistent and accurate communication.
  • Identify coverage gaps and customize policy recommendations
  • In everyday operations, use computer systems to process premium payments, review and update policies, handle claims, and make endorsements.
  • Maintain the information's confidentiality, integrity, and security, safeguarding the client’s privacy and the organization's reputation.
