• Texas Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards helping clients.
• Familiarity with insurance products and sales processes.

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and present insurance proposals, clearly explaining coverage options and benefits.
• Process new business applications and manage policy renewals efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster retention and growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
