Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Document Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and properly archived.

Communication: Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and streamline service delivery.

Information Dissemination: Stay updated on company policies and communicate any changes effectively to customers.

Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to service improvement and business growth.
