Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license prior to starting (We can help)
  • Must obtain a Life insurance license within the first 6 months of employment (we provide guidance and support)
Responsibilities
  • Connect with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Recommend and explain coverage options in a clear, helpful way
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients over time
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and client inquiries
  • Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and support
  • Meet individual and team sales goals
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and policies
  • Stay up to date on products, services, and industry changes
  • Work with warm leads and referrals (not just cold calling)
  • Participate in team training and development sessions
  • Engage with the local community and networking opportunities
