We're committed to providing our clients with outstanding education and guidance. We're seeking a friendly and reliable Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospects, answering questions, and providing personalized insurance solutions. You must be able to multi-task and work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help others. 

No Prior Insurance experience required! If you possess excellent sales skills and are enthusiastic about learning and mastering new things, we strongly encourage you to apply for this opportunity. Your previous experience in another industry would be a definite plus. Our on-the-job training will help launch you into a successful career in the insurance industry. In addition, we offer a Monday thru Friday schedule, PTO, and much more!

Entry level applicants can expect a base salary of $30,000 per year with additional commission and bonus opportunities totaling up to $54,000 a year!

Experienced applicants can expect a base salary of up to $36,000 per year with additional commission and bonus opportunities totaling up to $60,000+ a year!

Requirements
  • Virginia Property and Casualty License or willing to obtain. We will cover the cost of training materials and licensing.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated success in the customer service industry. Insurance experience is a BONUS!
  • Life, Health & Annuities license and/or Business to Business experience is strongly preferred!
  • Knowledge of basic computer software.
  • Experience typing, data entry, and using a multiline phone system
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, electronically, or in person to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Prospecting/Generating new business opportunities both commercial and residential.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
