In this role, you will work closely with our insured clients, receiving information about their claims to provide detailed information to the carrier. Additionally, you will enter the information about the claim into our management system, follow up with the carrier for status inquiries and help the client through the claims process. You will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and problem-solving skills. Time management is essential. If you are passionate about helping individuals and businesses through a stressful and confusing time of loss and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, Patterson & Associates Insurance Agency, Inc is the perfect place for you.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred

·        Previous insurance experience preferred

·        Adjusters license required (We will help you obtain)

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to assist clients in times of crisis

·        Collect information from insured clients to submit claims to the insurance carriers

·        Guide our clients through the claim process and timeline

·        Input the claim into our agency management system

·        Update the claim cycle in our agency management system by monitoring reserves, payments, and claims closures

·        Act as a liaison between the carrier’s claims adjuster and our client

·        Serve as a resource to Patterson’s Risk Advisors and Account Managers answering questions and updating the team on critical issues
