As a Commercial Associate Manager, you will support the Commercial Lines Account Manager to service client accounts by issuing insurance documentation, updating client information, assisting with policy changes, and more. 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.

• A team player who is goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette.
• Basic computer and technical proficiency.
• A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver who has the ability to multitask.
• Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Applied EPIC experience is a plus!
• General License for Property/Casualty
• 1+ years Assistant Account Manager experience within an insurance agency, or comparable experience is preferred.

• Backing up and assisting the Commercial Lines Account Manager with tasks whenever necessary.
• With your keen attention to detail, you'll be issuing insurance documentation.
• Your strong adherence to procedure will be necessary to obtain and update client information and assist clients with policy changes.
• Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to provide a seamless client experience.
