Job Overview
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as sales representatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping individuals and businesses address their needs of protection with our diverse insurance offerings. Your responsibilities will include managing purchased leads of individuals whom are in the market for a new insurance carrier, creating & cultivating individual marketing strategies to generate interested prospects, and quoting & presenting insurance policies of home insurance, auto insurance, renters insurance, business insurance, and life insurance..
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is welcomed but not required.
Previous sales experience.
Strong understanding or willingness to gain insight into insurance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Must obtain the necessary insurance license within a specified timeframe.
