In this role, you will develop and nurture important relationships, gain a deep understanding of client needs, and customize insurance packages to provide comprehensive coverage. This position offers a clear pathway to owning your very own Farmers agency! You'll have the opportunity to learn from one of the top agencies in the state, gaining hands-on experience in insurance sales and the essential skills needed to become a successful agent.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.


Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
