Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous customer service or administrative experience.
Familiarity with insurance products and terminology is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
P&C License Required
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy office setting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our personal lines insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met with a positive and helpful demeanor.
Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals, providing clear and accurate information.
Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
Gather necessary information and documentation for new business applications and client updates.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience from quoting to policy inception.
Stay informed about insurance regulations and company policies to provide up-to-date service.
