As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, Recognizing referral sources from developed relationships with client accounts, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

Salary Range: $76,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

A proven track record of insurance sales or middle-market commercial sales is preferred.

Strong understanding of professional and industry standards and practices

Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.

Experience using Epic or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.

Excellent prospecting and new business development skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

Valid PA Property and Casualty Insurance License
