Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Licensing: General Lines Property and Casualty license for the State of Texas.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Professionalism: Present oneself in a professional manner, both in appearance and conduct, while representing the agency.

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to identify their insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
Sales Process: Close New Business Sales, guide clients through the insurance sales process, explaining policy details, coverage options, and premium calculations.
New Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels to build a book of business and contribute to agency growth.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
Networking: Attend community events and engage in networking activities to promote the agency and generate leads.
