Patrick Buckley-Farmers Insurance Agency in THE WOODLANDS, Texas, is looking for a confident, experienced Licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our commercial insurance products to businesses and organizations to help them protect their assets and mitigate risks. We are a dedicated and driven team with a focus on providing each of our clients with amazing customer service. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: General Lines Property and Casualty license for the State of Texas.

Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with potential clients.

Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set goals, and exceed targets.

Professionalism: Present oneself in a professional manner, both in appearance and conduct, while representing the agency.

Time Management: Possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to identify their insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

Sales Process: Close New Business Sales, guide clients through the insurance sales process, explaining policy details, coverage options, and premium calculations.

New Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels to build a book of business and contribute to agency growth.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

Networking: Attend community events and engage in networking activities to promote the agency and generate leads.
