Requirements

Required: General Lines Property & Casualty insurance licensed:


  • Required General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Current or obtain Life & Health License within 30 days. (reimbursement eligible).
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • Minimum 2 years prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:



  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
  • Cross-Sell existing customers and new prospects
  • Verify each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building and maintain client relationships.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction.
