We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives to join our Woodlands, TX team! As our newest insurance sales producer, you will sell and market our insurance products to new prospects & existing customers.

Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements
Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:
- Required General Lines Property & Casualty insurance licensed.
- Current or obtain Life & Health License within 30 days. (reimbursement eligible).
- Positive, Energetic and Professional Demeanor.
- Driven, Innovative, Productive, Confident and works well independently.
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, handling customers needs promptly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English required, bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Develop insurance quotes, present offerings and close sales.
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Ability to achieve high sales targets
- Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team!
