Requirements
Required: General Lines Property & Casualty insurance licensed:
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Minimum 2 years prior sales experience is preferred.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Cross-Sell existing customers and new prospects
- Verify each customer contact and update customer information.
- Be outstanding at relationship building and maintain client relationships.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction.
