As an Office Manager with my agency, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the top rated Farmers Insurance Agencies in Central Arkansas. Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements

1 Year of Sales Experience Preferred. Current Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred, but will pay for P&C training/exam for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Call at least 25-30 clients or prospects per day.
  • Quote 5 people per day.
  • Work alerts: Late pays and pending cancellations, etc...
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Return all phone messages promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
