The Passero Insurance Agency is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join the team. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in insurance sales and growing within a professional agency environment.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Active Connecticut Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred (not required)

• Sell Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty insurance products to new and existing clients
• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Build and maintain a strong book of business
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Cross-sell additional products to existing clients
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
• Follow up consistently on prospects and client needs
• Maintain accurate records and track activity in the agency CRM
• Stay current on products, coverage options, and industry best practices
