Parker & Watts Insurance is growing and hiring a friendly, self-motivated, reliable Customer Support Representative and has a separate Agent position available. We are a small, local, family-owned, Independent insurance agency conveniently located in South Nashville near I-65 and Harding Place. Parker & Watts Insurance works with lots of companies (not just one) which allows us to better serve our client’s needs.  

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Pay can vary based on experience, and Customer Support Representatives have an opportunity for growth by becoming a licensed insurance agent and earning monthly commissions for new business.  

Pay Range: $36,000 and up (depends on experience and licensing)

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Duties can vary slightly based on experience and licensing, but will basically include:

• answering phones & making outbound calls
• serving our clients with top-notch personal service
• greeting clients as our front desk reception
• working as a team 
• sending emails, regular mail, and cards
• account rounding/cross-selling
• general office support
• updating client records
• other duties as requested
