Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, and coverage inquiries
  • Process policy updates such as address changes, vehicle changes, and coverage modifications
  • Manage and track client renewals, ensuring policies are up to date and meet client needs
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client emails, calls, and service requests
  • Work closely with carriers to process policy documents and resolve client issues
  • Maintain accurate records in agency management systems
  • Identify opportunities for additional coverage or policy improvements and notify the agent when appropriate
  • Help maintain a positive client experience by delivering excellent customer service
