A Day in Our Office:

1 We start our mornings with quick team meetings twice a week focused, intentional, and goal-driven to set the tone for success.

2 We go over our agency goals together, ensuring everyone is aligned, clear on priorities, and moving in the same direction.

3 Optional morning training sessions are offered to strengthen skills, build confidence, and support professional development.

4 Our days are filled with purpose making calls, helping clients, and keeping the energy high with good music and strong teamwork.

5 We collaborate, support one another, and share plenty of laughs while working hard to make sure every client feels valued and cared for.

Qualifications & Compensation Structure:

• If you have no prior insurance experience, starting pay is $33,000 during training, with pay increases based on growth and performance
• If you are licensed in Property & Casualty, starting pay is $40,000-$65,000+, depending on proven sales ability and experience meeting goals
• Strong communication and a goal-driven mindset are must-haves
• Customer service, sales, or team-oriented experience is a plus
• A positive, coachable attitude is essential
• Opportunities for advancement
