We are looking for a proactive and results driven Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by generating high-quality leads. This role will focus on leveraging social media, outbound marketing strategies, and direct outreach(including cold calling) to connect with potential clients and expand our customer base. 

Salary Range: $39,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year

• Experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation (insurance/service industries preferred)

• Strong communication & networking skills

• Ability to build & maintain client/referral relationships

• Proficient in social media & CRM tools

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, & able to work independently

• Social Media Marketing - Generate leads through Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram with targeted ads, content, and direct messaging

• Outbound Marketing - Build local business connections through networking and partnerships for referrals

• Cold Calling & Outreach - Engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media to book appointments

• Lead Nurturing - Follow up, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
