Job Overview

We are looking for someone to do a combination of serving an existing book of personal lines and also be able to write new business. We value proper assessment and education of each customer about their policy/quote.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in insurance experience is preferred
Licensing: Valid Ohio Property & Casualty License or the willingness to obtain one shortly after hiring.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
Problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve client issues promptly.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance management software and CRM systems.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and support for all their personal lines insurance needs.
Policy Reviews: Regularly assess client insurance policies to ensure they remain relevant and adequately cover their current needs.
Quoting: Offer accurate and competitive quotes to new and existing clients to ensure their needs are met affordably.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to offer clients the best options available.
Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and support staff to provide a seamless customer experience.
Client Retention: Implement strategies to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty, leading to long-term relationships.
