We are looking for a patient, results-oriented individual who is passionate about customer service and eager to learn about the insurance industry. We will provide the necessary training and support to develop a strong understanding of insurance products and policies. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing policy changes, and providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and email. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years in customer service, such as luxury retail sales, hospitality, or business support services (telephone call centers, business service centers), and banking. You will need to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively and work well in a team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is starting their career and looking to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry. Entry-level position: $29,120 - $37,440 per year ($14 - $18 per hour) Plus bonus commission schedule once licensed.

We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our Dickson City team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry. A Pennsylvania Property and Casualty license is a must-have. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be responsible for providing quality customer service to clients over the phone and email. You will also be responsible for providing insurance quotes based on the client’s individual goals, processing policy changes, answering inquiries, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Candidates must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Depending on your experience, may make between $37,440 - $52,000 per year ($18 - $25 per hour) Plus Commission Schedule.
