We’re seeking a Farmers Insurance Account Manager who is experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service. This role focuses on supporting clients across multiple channels, managing policy details, cross-selling, and retention. You will handle inquiries, upsell, and proactively manage renewals. This is a Monday-Friday role with no weekends.

  • Base pay is $18 to $20 per hour based on experience, with expected first-year earnings of $42,000 - $62,000

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License is preferred
  • Prior Insurance experience a bonus
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and retain clients
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally
  • Provide clear and accurate information on policies and services
  • Cross-sell and upsell inbound clients
  • Manage email workflow and follow-up activity
  • Support retention through proactive renewal calls and service to prevent cancellations
