Our Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to help us expand our client base and engage our community. This role involves crafting targeted marketing campaigns, building online presence, and driving brand awareness through various channels. You’ll play a vital role in growing our agency and connecting people with the insurance solutions they need.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Licensing Assistance

Background in marketing, advertising, or related field is preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new clients and promote Farmers Insurance products.

Hitting goals and metrics around outbound calls to provided leads.

Build and nurture relationships within the community to drive engagement and referrals.

Assist in coordinating local events and promotions to boost visibility.

Track the success of marketing efforts and suggest adjustments to improve results.
