Our growing Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a Customer Service Agent that is confident, hard-working and highly motivated individual to help us with our busy insurance office. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable talking to clients, have a positive attitude, and a strong desire to work hard. Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. The position is currently part time, with the opportunity to become full time. We offer hourly base pay plus an opportunity for long term career advancement that includes commission and bonuses. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in advancing their career by becoming a licensed insurance agent.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Answer incoming calls
• Make outbound calls to prospects and current clients
• Obtain prospects information and document each contact
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for sales staff to meet prospective customers
• Maintain a follow up system
• Create and maintain marketing lists
• Work on other office related tasks
